Thanks to everyone who showed up at The Ivorys launch 7.14.2011 at the Downtown LA Artwalk. Special thanks to Uniqbill- (Billy and Tina Summers) for letting us take part in their Grand Opening.

"Creative Minds Unite"
If you have a talent, if you have a gift, it's time to share that with the world... it's sorely needed. No longer can you go through your everyday in fear of the masses and their opinions it's time for you "The Creative Mind" to bless the world with your thoughts, your talents, your dope ideas that seemed far fetched but are actually doable as long as you map it out. In red the print spells out "REMIND THE WORLD" meaning remind the world and the people in it about who we once were. Too often we get caught up in the everyday of life.

You now wake up, go to work, eat lunch (left overs), 15 min. break in the afternoon, get off work, sit in what seems like a parking lot for 45 plus min. and then get home, eat dinner, watch hours of reality TV, go to sleep and wake up and do it all over again aaaaahhh!!! WAKE UP!!! Life is happening all around you and your missing it. "Remind the World" that it is more then just punch-clock positions and small talk at the water cooler and fake laughs at the bosses jokes (in hopes for a promotion). We are creative people, ALL of us. Some way some how we forgot that but I'm here to remind you...I'm here to "Remind the World" that's it's not over and that it's never ever to late to CR8... "Creative Minds Unite the World Needs Us!!!

The Ivorys started with Ernest Ivory and his love for REAL hip-hop and poetry. Ernest's strong connection to the culture is prominently tied into everything that's created. Combined with the photographic vision of Bridgette Ivory and her love for simplistic design, typography and documentary photography, Ernest and Bridgette have created The Ivorys which represents everything they both embody- Creativity, Passion and Fearlessness. Ernest and Bridgette Ivory are best friends who just so happen to be married and together they live by their motto “Don’t Trip Just Grow,” which has become the basis of The Ivorys and everything they do. Too often people hold back because they are afraid of what society will say about their contribution to the world but not these two. Ernest and Bridgette do what feels right and what feels true. Never compromising creativity for mass appeal but always aiming for something greater. Don't Trip Just Grow.

The Ivorys Launch

The Ivorys will be launching this Thursday, July 14, 2011 at the Grand Opening of Uniqbill during LA Artwalk in Downtown Los Angeles. Other featured designers include CGH, Batani Khalfani, Holly Waas and Lola Klein.

 Red Carpet- 7:30pm / Fashion Show- 8:30pm / Open Art Gallery- 9pm
